1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the TrueShot application or the trueshot.me website, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

TrueShot provides a technological tool to certify the authenticity of digital photography via metadata injection (C2PA) and blockchain anchoring (Solana). The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos you capture and certify. Crool Studio Ltd does not verify the content of images (legality, copyright, etc.) and cannot be held liable for the fraudulent use of a certified image. You are responsible for preserving your original files. TrueShot cannot "recover" a lost proof.

4. Intellectual Property

The TrueShot application, its design, logo, and source code are the exclusive property of Crool Studio Ltd. You retain full ownership of your photos.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crool Studio Ltd does not guarantee that the Solana Blockchain network will be available at all times. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
